Did Winston Churchill cause the Bengal Famine?

I am seriously concerned about the food situation in India….Last year we had a grievous famine in Bengal through which at least 700,000 people died. This year there is a good crop of rice, but we are faced with an acute shortage of wheat, aggravated by unprecedented storms….By cutting down military shipments and other means, I have been able to arrange for 350,000 tons of wheat to be shipped to India from Australia during the first nine months of 1944. This is the shortest haul. I cannot see how to do more.
I have had much hesitation in asking you to add to the great assistance you are giving us with shipping but a satisfactory situation in India is of such vital importance to the success of our joint plans against the Japanese that I am impelled to ask you to consider a special allocation of ships to carry wheat to India from Australia….We have the wheat (in Australia) but we lack the ships. I have resisted for some time the Viceroy’s request that I should ask you for your help, but… I am no longer justified in not asking for your help

- Winston S. Churchill to President Franklin D. Roosevelt, 29 April 1944. Prime Minister’s Personal Telegram T.996/4 (Churchill papers, 20/163.)
Does this really sound like the writing of a man who has no cares about the people affected? Reality there was a war on, food was in short supply, shipments liable to be blown up on high seas. 20 to 25 million died global of famine in ww2. Tragic but not down to one man.

Hinduism on Pre-Pubescent marriage for girls

SKANDA PURANA 4.40.34-35

34. If a virgin girl has her first menstruation in her father’s house without her marriage being solemnised, her father should be known as a *Bhrūṇahā* (‘destroyer of a foetus’) and that girl a Vṛṣalī (Śūdra (https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/shudra#purana) girl). He who, out of delusion, marries her will be the husband of a Śūdra girl.

35. He is an *Apāṅkteya* (https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/apankteya#purana) (not fit to sit in the same row as the others at the time of meals). The very conversation with him should be abandoned forever.

SKANDA PURANA 4.40.38-43

38. Women are enjoyed first by Suras (https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/sura#purana), Soma (https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/soma#purana), Gandharva (https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/gandharva#purana) and Vahni (https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/vahni#purana). Men enjoy them afterwards. They are not defiled by anything.

39. Soma gave women cleanliness; Pāvaka (https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/pavaka#purana) (Fire-god (https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/fire-god#hinduism)), purity above all. Gandharvas (https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/gandharvas#hinduism) gave them auspicious speech. Therefore, women are always pure.

40. Agni (https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/agni#purana) enjoys a virgin at the time of the menstruation, the Moon when the (pubic) hair begin to grow and Gandharvas when the breasts begin to develop. Hence a girl is to be given in marriage before this.

41. A girl with hairs visible (before marriage is consecrated) kills her children; she with the breasts in developed form destroys the family; she who has menstruated destroys the father. Hence one should avoid all (such girls).

42. Hence one who is desirous of the benefit of gift of a virgin should give her in marriage before Agni and others enjoy her. If not, the giver does not enjoy any benefit; one who receives her in marriage falls down (incurs sin).

43. One who gives away a girl not enjoyed by Soma and others, attains the benefit of the religious gift. Giving her who has been enjoyed by Devas, the donor does not attain heavenly pleasures.

Hinduism not only promotes pre-pubescent marriage, but also promises disgrace and sin if one doesn't marry his daughter before she starts menstruating.

a) Out of fear of the appearance of the menses let the father marry his daughter while she still runs about naked. For if she stays (in the house) after the age of puberty, sin falls on the father. (Vashishta Dharmasutra, 17.70.

b) A girl should be given in marriage before (she attains the age of) puberty. He who neglects it, commits sin. Some (declare, that a girl shall be given in marriage) before she wears clothes. (Gautama dharmasutra, 18.21-23)

c) Let him give his daughter, while she still goes naked, to a man who has not broken the vow of chastity and who possesses good qualities, or even to one destitute of good qualities; let him not keep (the maiden) in (his house) after she has reached the age of puberty. He who does not give away a marriageable daughter during three years doubtlessly contracts a guilt equal to (that of) destroying an embryo. Such will be the case if anybody asks her in marriage, and also if nobody demands her. Manu has declared that at each appearance of the menses (the father incurs the guilt of) a mortal sin. (Baudhyana Dharamsutra, 4.1.11-13)

This one is interesting in the liberty it gives to men:

A damsel whose menses begin to appear (while she is living) at her father's house, before she has been betrothed to a man, has to be considered as a degraded woman: by taking her (without the consent of her kinsmen) a man commits no wrong. (41) (Vishnu Smriti, 24. 41. {One commentator Nanda says that this rule was made for lower caste women. Though later on, the author who quoted Nanda says that outcasting young unwedded girl has become/is in vogue among Brahmanical families too.}

"The purpose of marraige, he (a hindu) declares, quoting his sacred writs in proof, is to beget sons - as many sons as possible, beginning as soon as possible, of a wife as young as possible". - quoted from Mother India, chapter 4.

Srila prabhupada says: Practically, I'll say, in our childhood age, my sisters were married between nine to twelve years. My eldest sister was married when she was nine years old, before my birth. She is the eldest. And my second sister was married at the age of twelve, twelve years. And my third sister was married at the age of (indistinct) years. So by the (indistinct) years, the marriage must be finished. That was the duty of the father. I remember, because my second sister was going twelve years, my mother said to my father that "I shall go to the river and commit suicide. The daughter is not married." Rawat was a monster whose death is less unfortunate than his life.

****  Rawat was a monster whose death is less unfortunate than his life. *****

India's Chief of Defense General Bipin Rawat died today in a helicopter crash in southern India. His wife & eleven other Indian military personnel were also killed. Condolences for Rawat are pouring in from governments around the world, including the US, Russia, Pakistan. They can stuff all those condolences where the sun don't shine. Rawat was a monster whose death is less unfortunate than his life. The only truly unfortunate thing is that he died before facing an international tribunal for the unspeakable crimes he committed against the people of Kashmir & insurgent peoples in India. We would no more offer condolences for him than we would for Hitler, Stalin, or when Kissinger croaks.

He was the chief architect of the daily military operations (Cordon & Search Operations) with bazookas & high-power rifles in residential neighborhoods in Kashmir where homes are vandalized & razed, residents made homeless, livestock killed, unarmed protesters injured by pellet munitions, & young men executed & framed as terrorists. What's to commiserate about his death when Kashmiris have suffered so much without mercy at his hands? He lived by the bazooka, he got 'hoisted by his own petard'. That's justice short of an international tribunal for war crimes.

In its statement of condolences, the US Embassy in India gave away some revealing information about the US relationship & endorsement of Indian military brutalities. They said Rawat spearheaded a historic period of transformation in the Indian military & was a strong friend & partner of the US, overseeing a major expansion of India's military cooperation with the US. They report that in September he spent five days touring military facilities in the US to 'enhance' that cooperation. Now we know for sure that the US has collusion & some serious culpability for the colonial occupation of Kashmir.

May Bipin Rawat rot in the lowest bowels of hell.

Mahabaratha about Continents

This is fake.

This is the verse quoted: https://mahabharataonline.com/translation/mahabharata_06005.php

"'O son of Kuru's race, I will, however, describe to thee the island called Sudarsana. This island, O king, is circular and of the form of a wheel. It is covered with rivers and other pieces of water and with mountains looking like masses of clouds, and with cities and many delightful provinces. It is also full of trees furnished with flowers and fruits, and with crops of diverse

kinds and other wealth. And it is surrounded on all sides with the salt ocean. As a person can see his own face in a mirror, even so is the island called Sudarsana seen in the lunar disc. Two of its parts seem to be a peepul tree, while two others look like a large hare. It is surrounded on all sides with an assemblage of every kind of deciduous plants. Besides these portions, the rest is all water. What remains I will describe to thee shortly. The rest I will speak of afterwards. Listen now to this that I describe in brief. "

There's the full quote. No mention of how they are configured.

It mentions an island called Sudarshana, not the Earth (Bhoomi would have been used). Let's assume that Sudarshana meant Bhoomi. It's been compared to a wheel/chakra. Flat Earth? The drawing in the whatsapp meme is an interpolation of the verse on existing maps of the continents. It has also added in Australia as another peepal leaf which wasn't mentioned in the chapter.

Even if the poem had said the world is "three omelets and a python", someone who's seen a map can force fit the drawings to create an illusion that the poet was a genius.

Reminds me of Muslims who would twist random quotes from Quran to imply Quran knew about modern science. People (muslims or hindus) making these claims do so because they don't have real achievements.

Quotes By Prabhupada (ISKCON)

The Aryans are white. But here, this side, due to climatic influence, they are a little tan. Indians are tan but they are not black. But Aryans are all white. And the non-Aryans, they are called black. Yes. (Ref. VedaBase => Srimad-Bhagavatam 6.1.6 -- Bombay, November 6, 1970)
Dravidian culture. Dravida. They are non-Aryans. Just like these Africans, they are not Aryans. Now they are mixing up with Europeans and Americans. In India, it was, one from the higher section, brahmana, ksatriya, vaisya, they will be fair complexion. Sudras, black. So if a brahmana becomes black, then he's not accepted as brahmana. Kala bahu (?). And if a sudra becomes fair, then he's to be know that he's not pure sudra. (Ref. VedaBase => Room Conversation -- August 2, 1976, New Mayapur, French
farm)
So on the whole, the conclusion is that the Aryans spread in Europe also, and the Americans, they also spread from Europe. So the intelligent class of human being, they belong to the Aryans, Aryan family. Just like Hitler claimed that he belonged to the Aryan family. Of course, they belonged to the Aryan families. (Ref. VedaBase => Bhagavad-gita 9.3 -- Melbourne, April 21, 1976)
Sometimes he becomes a great hero -- just like Hiranyakasipu and Kamsa or, in the modern age, Napoleon or Hitler. The activities of such men are certainly very great. (Ref. VedaBase => SB 4.25.10)
Ah, yes. So these English people, they were very expert in making propaganda. They killed Hitler by propaganda. I don't think Hitler was so bad man. (Ref. VedaBase => Room Conversation -- June 17, 1976, Toronto)
No, no. Hitler knew it [the atom bomb]. . . . No, no. He knew it, everything, but he did not like to do it. He said. He said. He was gentleman. But these people are not gentlemen. He knew it perfectly well. He said that "I can smash the whole world, but I do not use that weapon." The Germans already discovered. But out of humanity they did not use it. And all the, your American, other countries, they have stolen from German ideas. (Ref. VedaBase => Morning Walk -- November 20, 1975, Bombay)
Therefore Hitler killed these Jews. They were financing against Germany, Otherwise he had no enmity with the Jews. . . . And they were supplying. They want interest money - - "Never mind against our country." Therefore Hitler decided, "Kill all the Jews." (Ref. VedaBase => Conversation During Massage -- January 23, 1977, Bhuvanesvara)

Sex Life as a Hare Krishna (ISKCON) member

Like many cults, ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness or Hare Krishna movement) has its set of weird rules about sex-life of its members.

First of all, forget masturbation and premarital sex. It's strict No. They even have a booklet describing the position to sleep in and taking shower while wearing a dhoti/towel, so you won't look at your own genitals and get aroused to masturbate.

If you think you'll enjoy sex after getting married to a fellow Hare Krishna member, you can't be more wrong. In Prabhupada's (founder of ISKCON) own words "There are restrictions for the householders even in sex life, which should only be engaged in for the propagation of children. If he does not require children, he should not enjoy sex life with his wife." Apparently, people who use contraceptives are demoniac in nature according to Mr Prabhupada. (Source: Bhagvadgita As it Is, Chapter 16, Verse 1&2)

Suppose, if you follow the previous rule and come to a point where you decide to have children. Now you can engage in sex with your own spouse without angering the God and Mr Prabhupada! Cheers! But it's not as simple as that. You've to go through a small rituals of chanting 50 Rounds of Hare Krishna Mahamantra (ie 50x108 times chanting Hare Krishna Mahamantra). It takes approximately 2 hours to do 16 rounds. So you can calculate how much time you need to do 50 Rounds. And you have to do it every time you are trying for children. (Source: A Beginner's Guide to Krishna Consciousness)

Also, I've heard that you are supposed to declare to your immediate Guru that you'll be "trying tonight".

Now, let's take a look at Mr Prabhupada's life. Although he was from an affluent family and was well educated, at the age of 22 he married an 11 year old girl. And she gave birth to a child when she was 14. On multiple occasions, Mr Prabhupada has stated that he hated his wife. And yet he had atleast 3 children with her. What a lovely Guru! What a lovely cult!

Story of Vali and Sugriva's birth.

Once upon a time, Brahma was exercising his lingam and ejaculated in his hand. (Ramayana tells his eyes ejaculated). That semen was dropped into Bhumadevi's lap. Thus was born Vriksharaja, a monkey.

One day, Vriksharaja took bath in a waterfall in Meru mountain and turned into a woman. Indra the king of gods and Surya the sun god were going that way and had a threesome with female form of Vriksharaja. They had the devil's threesome, the eiffel tower, where Indra took the tail part (had anal sex) and Surya took the mouth. Sugriva means "beautiful throat".

Thus Vali was born to Vriksharaja and Indira, and Sugriva was born to Vriksharaja and Surya.

The Indian Sepoy, his experiences, recruitment and role in the armies of the EEIC and the Rebellion of 1857

The Armies of the English East India Company were the precursor to the British Indian Army, which was itself the precursor to the Army of Independent India. The armies of the EEIC were divided into three Presidential Armies, these were the Bengal, Madras and Bombay Presidencies. These Presidencies themselves were the result of the establishment and expansion of "factories" (which were fortified settlements within which English traders stored their goods and used them as a selling station) by the EEIC between 1612 to 1757. These were established by acquisition of firmans which means edicts or grants from local rulers such as the Mughal Emperors, Mughal Governors or Marathas. By the middle of the 18th century, three factory towns, namely Madras, Bombay and Calcutta came into prominence as they grew in size and strength.

Eventually, the EEIC, began acquiring land and power in and around these fortified settlements, via a policy of supporting competing Indian princes in their wars for acquiring power. This was the experience of the Carnatic wars. The EEIC adopted a policy of helping native Nawabs and princes acquire power and promised to keep them secure while in return the Nawabs and princes gave them trade concessions. The EEIC also waged war against other companies and by 1757, had managed to kick out most of their competition. However, the watershed moment for the EEIC would come after their victory at the Battle of Plassey which assured them territorial rights in the Bengal province of the Mughal Empire. The conflict was the result of an Imperial Mughal firman being granted to the EEIC by then Mughal Emperor Farrukhsiyar, in 1717 giving the British East India Company the right to reside and trade in the Mughal Empire. They were allowed to trade freely, except for a yearly payment of 3,000 rupees. The company was given the right to issue dastak (passes) for the movement of goods, which was misused by company officials for personal gain. The transgressions of the company brought them into conflict with the Nawabs of Bengal, and the defeat of the Nawab at Plassey allowed the British to place their own candidate on the Throne, to acquire all the land within the Maratha Ditch and 600 yards (550 m) beyond it and the zamindari of all the land between Calcutta and the sea.

RECRUITMENT

Now, we return to the Indian sepoy. The British had begun employing Indian sepoys to protect their "factories" as early as 1612 itself when the very first factories were established. However, initially these men served as watchmen and guards, with the passage of time, their function and proportion as part of the armed forces of the Presidencies grew significantly. By 1824, the size of the combined armies of Bengal, Madras, and Bombay was about 200,000 and had at least 170 sepoy and 16 European regiments. In 1844, the combined average strength of the three armies was 235,446 native and 14,584 European. For purposes of simplification, we shall take the example of the Bengal Presidency. The English shared the opinion that was common in India since the ancient period, that there were certain "races" best suited for the purpose of war. These races had a "mercenary spirit, were of good stature and complexion, were drawn from the yeoman or land owning peasantry and were suitable for the style of warfare practiced in the Early Modern period". This led to these races being labelled as "martial races". Not surprisingly, these were the same "races" that had since the ancient and medieval period held the privilege to rule or to hold beaurocratic or military positions. Such as Brahmins, Rajputs, Muslims (Afghans, Iranians, Turks,), Khatris eventually Sikhs.

Hence, the sepoys of the Bengal Presidency, were in fact not recruited from the Provinces of Bengal or Bihar or Odissa. The British felt that the Bengalis were best suited for clerical work and that the South Indians were smaller in stature and lacked the physical robustness they wanted in their soldiers. Therefore, the entirety of the soldiers of the Bengal Presidency were drawn from the Kingdom of Oudh, which was an ally of the British ever since their Nawab was defeated by the Company at the Battle of Buxar and signed the Allahabad Treaty.

The soldiers that were recruited were mostly drawn from the Brahmin and Rajput castes of Oudh commonly known as Purbiyas. The term Purbiya originated in medieval India. It was used as a term to refer to mercenaries belonging to the Brahmin or Rajput caste from Oudh and Western Bihar. Throughout the medieval and early modern period, these were the preferred mercenaries highered, by mansabdars, Wazirs, Rajas and Mughal Emperors.

The process of recruitment was quite informal. For example, men who sought mercenary work were easy to find, usually the infantry of the native armies received little attention and soldiers could be convinced by promise of better prospects to join the army. In addition to this, the old feudal networks of recruitment were utilised as well, meaning "zamindars" (hereditary rulers of enormous tracts of land and the peasants who enjoyed land rights within their jurisdiction, from whom they reserved the right to collect tax on behalf of imperial courts or for military purposes) as well as serving officers and soldiers were required to encourage enlistment in the army among their estates, their family and close friends. To give you a perspective, by the early 19th century, this informal system of recruitment had become so well entrenched that the Brahmins of Oudh dominated the Bengal Presidential Army and represented roughly 40% of it's total strength.

MOTIVATIONS

As far as their motivations are concerned, the common peasant of this period usually did not posses a sense of nationalism or nationhood. War was ever present and Nawabs/Rajas and dynasties were overthrown quite often. Usually men enlisted in the army either because they were Brahmins and Rajputs and belonged to a long line of soldiers and military adventures, hence tradition. Or because they were land owning Brahmins or Rajputs who required additional income and were looking for livelihood. The taxation under the Mughal Empire used to vary but usually remained at around 20-25% of the total value of the produce from land cultivated. With the advent of the EEIC and their expansion, more and more areas were subjected to the practice of revenue farming in the North starting with Bengal, which raised tax rates to a crushing level, much has been said of the condition of the farmers in the Bengal region. And while the conditions of primary zamindars (farmers who held land as patrimony) was better in Oudh under the rule of their own sovereign, the King of Oudh, it gradually got worse owing to the heavy payments the King of Oudh had to pay to the British. To give you a perspective on this here's some background :

This particular time period starting from late 18th century, saw the expenses of Oudh sky rocketing owing to the fact that the army was growing and had to grow given the threat of the Sikhs and Afghans in the west. Plus, the Marathas were still an ever present nuisance, that could at any moment raid the border Provinces and cause loss of life, wealth and create chaos.

The Nawab's army under Shuja-ud-Daulah (the 3rd Nawab of Awadh), was a formidable force. Boasting roughly 50,000 men, most of them Purbiyas. This was further augmented with a force of Qizilbash horsemen, a remnant of the Nadir Shah episode, during which the founder of the dynasty of Oudh, Saadat Ali Khan and his successor, Safdar Jung made sure to remind the Persian conqueror and his forces of the fact that they are tied to Awadh and their roots lie in Nishapur, hence any Qizilbash horsemen who wanted to seek their fortunes in India, joined the Nawab's army.

Sadly for Asaf-ud-Daulah, the son of Shuja-ud-Daulah, the British had gained a firm foot in Bengal. They had defeated the Nawabi army at Buxar. And hence, the British resident at the Awadhi court required the Nawab to maintain a force of Englishmen within his territory, at the Nawab's expense. And make no mistake, these soldiers were expensive. To give you an idea, the Subsidiary forces in Oudh, in 1797, amounted to :

1 Regiment of European Infantry rank and file (950 men)

5 Companies of European artillery (332 men)

14 companies of lascars (1032 men)

2 Regiments of Native Infantry (924 men)

2 Regiments of Native Cavalry (6800 men)

The Hindustani Regiment of Cavalry (367 men)

The 27th Regiment of Dragoons at Cawnpore or Kanpur (353 men)

A total of 10,741 men.

These men, along with the native forces of Oudh itself, amounted to an expense of Rs. 75,00,000 give or take. Keep in mind, the total revenues of Oudh were estimated to be Rs. 2,37,98,557 in 1797 and the yearly expenditure was estimated to be around Rs. 2,36,82,895 meaning that the government often ran into deficit, given the pay for its armies, it's subsidiary armies, it's resident, its ministers, it's beaurocracy and the Nawab's private expenses.

Hence, the added pressure on the farmers of Oudh was not so much owing to maladministration (and it wasn't as if there was none of it) but more due to the growing burden of expenditure and payments to the British.

EXPERIENCE BEFORE 1857

Now to discuss the experience that these soldiers went through. It should be no surprise, that despite being as able and as formidable as their European counterparts, the native soldier was paid less than his European counterpart, had very limited chances for promotion beyond the post of "subedar" or sergeant. Was required to take care of the manual duties of his European counterparts, such as carrying supplies, setting up tents etc. The campaigns were hard and the wars were constant. The Anglo Mysore wars of which there were 4, the Anglo-Maratha Wars of which there were 3, The first and Second Anglo-Sikh wars, the Anglo-Afghan wars and so on. The equipment of the native soldier was often comprised on. In any conflict, the death toll of the native soldier was always higher. Yet, there were a few bright spots for the soldier's life. Military service brought social recognition, the word of a subedar in the army, meant that his relative, for example his nephew who found himself facing a sentence at the local court could be spared on the promise that he would join the army. A steady flow of income was at least guaranteed and there was, until the early 19th century a feeling of camaraderie among the European officers and their native sepoys, since these officers felt that the well being of the sepoys was their responsibility.

But this wouldn't always be true and eventually, the older officer corps was replaced with a new batch of officers who saw India as the land of opportunity and plunder and cared less for their unit and native sepoys and more for acquisition of wealth to take back to England. The situation was also worsened by the fact that these new officers didn't have the same cultural sensitivity toward the sepoys as the older corps. They were very much products of their time, which meant that even though the native sepoys were just as capable and effective as them in combat, their European counterparts looked upon them as inferior, in racial and cultural terms. Needless to say, this atmosphere of racism only further charged the already tense atmosphere surrounding the period between 1856-1857. Not to mention such sentiments were only further aggravated and entrenched during and after the Rebellion, owing to the tone and language of reporting of the situation in Britain by local newspapers and the depiction of the events by contemporary writers. Such sentiments carried through to the World Wars themselves.

Now, the Rebellion of 1857, did change a lot for these soldiers. Let's look at why the rebellion happened, who rebelled and what consequences they suffered as a result.

MOTIVATIONS FOR THE REBELLION

The Rebellion of 1857, was started due to and was the result of in large part the discontent of the native sepoys of the Bengal Presidential Army. These aforementioned injustices that the sepoys went through only further strained the relationship they had with their employers, especially after the company usurped Oudh from its Nawab on false ground of maladministration and imposed heavy tax farming revenues obligations on its zamindari/taluqadari class. This imposition of a heavy tax burden meant that the rural peasantry of Oudh, the very peasantry which supplied the Bengal Army with it's native sepoys had become more and more hostile towards it. The discontent of the farmers and families of the sepoys would naturally find its way into the general perception and feeling the sepoys had towards the Company. Hence, due to its polices the Company had turned the sepoys of Oudh, it's peasantry and its lower nobility against itself. Meanwhile, thanks to the Company's policy of aggressive expansion, the Company had made enemies of many prominent noble houses in North India, including, The Nawabs of Awadh, the Kingdom of Jhansi, the successor of the Peshwa of the Maratha Empire at Kanpur and many smaller noble houses as well.

The discontent of the Oudh sepoys were manifold. Apart from the aforementioned concerns the sepoys also felt cheated when they were denied the "bhatta" or bonus for foreign service. Since, after the annexation of Punjab, Awadh and most of North India these regions weren't considered "foreign". The Oudh sepoys of the Bengal Presidency were also incredibly strict regarding their caste and religious practices. Crossing the Indus was considered to result in a loss of caste. Consumption of pig and cow meat was forbidden for the Muslim and Brahmin and Rajput members of the Bengal army. The Brahmins were roughly 40%, the Rajputs were around 20% as well as Ahirs and Muslims. This meant that the Bengal Army was also a lot less diverse compared to the armies of Bombay or Madras. The fact that the British organised their armies into homogenous single battalion regiments drawn from one caste, also added to the large support base that the resentments found among the Bengal Army and the ease with which sepoys could organise and prepare themselves for action.

Therefore, there existed a powder keg, of resentment against the Company which the Company lit itself by introducing the "match" which was the Pattern 1853, Enfield, rifled musket. To load the new rifle, soldiers had to bite a cartridge open and pour the gunpowder it contained into the rifle's muzzle, then stuff the paper cartridge (overlaid with a thin mixture of beeswax and mutton tallow for waterproofing) into the musket as wadding, the ball being secured to the top of the cartridge and guided into place for ramming down the muzzle.

Many sepoys believed that the cartridges that were standard issue with the new rifle were greased with lard (pork fat) which was regarded as unclean by Muslims and tallow (cow fat) which angered the Hindus. The sepoys' British officers dismissed these claims as rumors, and suggested that the sepoys make a batch of fresh cartridges, and greased these with pig and cow fat. This reinforced the belief that the original issue cartridges were indeed greased with lard and tallow.

On the 29th of March, 1857, a Brahmin sepoy named Mangal Pandey, attacked his British officers and his capture and subsequent hanging marked the beginning of the revolt.

AFTERMATH OF THE REBELLION AND CONSEQUENCES FOR THE SEPOY

Once the revolt was suppressed, those noble houses that had participated in it with the sepoys were either extinguished or fled into exile. The sepoys themselves were either killed in action or sentenced to be shot by a cannon. Among the groups that were recruited into the Bengal Army, the Brahmins of Oudh payed the heaviest price for this revolt, as the perception among the British was that the Brahmins being the highest in the social ladder had invoked religious fervour among the Rajputs and were the primary cause for strict caste and religious practices prevalent in the Bengal Army. Hence, in subsequent years, once the British Crown assumed full ownership and control of the Company's property and armies, the recruitment policy of the army was changed. The percentage of Brahmins fell from 40% to around 8-12% until the World Wars.

Overall, the perception of the Oudh sepoy, who was until the mutiny, considered an invincible conqueror of the Sikhs, the Marathas, Mysore, Nepal and Afghans changed and he was now seen as an inferior in military affairs when compared to the loyal Sikhs of the Punjab, and the Rajputs of the Rajputana or the Marathas and the Southerners who had remained loyal and had not joined the revolt.

where comes the conflict between British and Tamilians?

Idiocy of 'intellectuals ' On the Independence day of 2016 about a dozen learned history teachers, including rtd professors, and PGs were discussing about topics for seminars and for an intercollegiate meeting. Among the many topics 'the atrocious and cunning way the British subdued Tamil Nadu' was a prominent one. The discussion was wide ranging. One among them even told if British did not come the Chera, Chola and Pandyas would have given a great life to Tamilians. After many such ignorant and partially intelligent discussions a middle aged professor asked them to tell 'who were ruling the present geographical areas of TN when British arrived? There were many incorrect answers. After giving all chances and clues he explained the following in detail with dates and also the causes and situation. He said: Northern TN like Aarcot was with Urdu speaking Muslims. Tanjavur area with Marathi speaking kings. Western TN (Coimbatore, Salem, etc) was with Kannada speaking Hyder Ali and then his son Tippu (they also used Persian). Madurai and southern districts were with Telugu speaking Nayakars. And Kanyakumari was with Malayalam speaking kings. Ramanathapuram was the only with Tamil Sethupathies but they paid tributes to Marathi or Telugu rulers. Now, where comes the conflict between British and Tamilians? From a real Tamilian's point of view it was a liberation from the linguistic hold of invaders. Now there was silence for some time and then discussion started. One among them told : we are thorough with American Civil War and proudly talk of twisted history and even celebrate inhuman parasites as heroes but real history is bittergourd for many.

Women are merciless and cunning - Srimad Bhagvatam 9.14

Text 36: Urvaśī said: My dear King, you are a man, a hero. Don’t be impatient and give up your life. Be sober and don’t allow the senses to overcome you like foxes. Don’t let the foxes eat you. In other words, you should not be controlled by your senses. Rather, you should know that the heart of a woman is like that of a fox. There is no use making friendship with women. Text 37: Women as a class are merciless and cunning. They cannot tolerate even a slight offense. For their own pleasure they can do anything irreligious, and therefore they do not fear killing even a faithful husband or brother. [https://vedabase.io/en/library/sb/9/14/37/]

Text 38: Women are very easily seduced by men. Therefore, polluted women give up the friendship of a man who is their well-wisher and establish false friendship among fools. Indeed, they seek newer and newer friends, one after another. [https://vedabase.io/en/library/sb/9/14/38/]

A verse so vulgar that scholars omitted it from vedas during translation (Ashwameda Yagna)

n Krishna Yajurveda, Taittiriya Samhita, Kanda 7, 4.19 (7.4.19), some parts of verse were left blank by scholars.

O fair one, clad in fair raiment in the world of heaven be ye two covered....{...several verses omitted from original translation...}

She seeketh not wealth for prosperity....

{...several verses omitted from original translation...}

Source https://www.sacred-texts.com/hin/yv/yv07.htm#vii.4.19  - Krishna Yajurveda Taittiriya Shakha 7 4 19

What are those verses?

Found out the whole verse in sanskrit and its transliteration online. You can find Krishna Yajur veda, Taittiriya Samhita online and go to Kanda 7, 4.19 verse. Its about ashvamedha yagna, horse sacrifice

What do they mean?

I tried to find indologists or classical linguists who know vedic sanskrit and have translated it. Found some translating it and mentioning about the process.

O Mummy, Mummikins, little Mummy.

No one is leading me (to matrimony).

the bad little horse is sleeping.

The adhvaryu says (TS):

In the heavenly world be you two completely covered.

The queen says:

I will urge on the impregnator, you will urge on the impregnator;

let the two of us together stretch out our four legs.

The adhvaryu says:

Let the stallion, semen-producer, produce semen,

Bring the penis into the two thighs,

drive along the erect and unctuous one

which is women's living enjoyment,

which is their hole-runner,

women's dear secret (pleasure)

which has hit the sardigrdi (clitoris?)

in their black(haired) mark.

Its not just in the veda its also in other scriptures according to Sacrificed Wife/sacrificer's Wife, one of them is Shatapatha Brahmana commentary on this yajurveda

SB XIII.5.2.2 asvasya sisnam mahisy upasthe nfdhatte

The Mahisi puts the penis of the horse in her lap.

The author says this about it:

The verbal part of the ceremony is extremely explicit, and in fact tested the limits of tolerance of our scholarly predecessors.Eggeling, for example, resorts to suspension dots or inserts the untranslated Sanskrit (SB XIII.5.2.2ff.); Keith simply omits TS VII.4.19 d-k in his translation, with the comment “the next verses are hardly translatable”; while Griffith 1899, omitting VS XXIII.20-31, says rather huffily: “the . . . stanzas are not reproducible even in the semiobscurity of a learned European language.”

Sacrificed Wife/Sacrificer’s Wife Pg 65

Theres also another Indologist Wendy Doniger who talks about it in her book Textual Sources for the Study of Hinduism.

A cloth, an upper cloth, and gold is what they spread out for the horse, andon that they ‘quiet’ him. When the sacrificial animals have been ‘quieted’, the(king’s) wives come up with water for washing the feet — four wives, and amaiden as the fifth, and four hundred women attendants. When the water forwashing the feet is ready, they make the chief queen (Mahishi) lie down next tothe horse, and they cover the two of them up with the upper cloth as they saythe verse, ‘Let the two of us cover ourselves in the world of heaven’, for theworld of heaven is where they ‘quiet’ the sacrificial animal. Then they draw out the penis of the horse and place it in the vagina of the chief queen, while shesays, ‘May the vigorous virile male, the layer of seed, lay the seed’; this she saysfor sexual intercourse. While they are lying there, the sacrificer insults the horse by saying, ‘Lift upher thighs and put it in her rectum.’ No one insults (the sacrificer) back, lestthere should be someone to act as a rival against the sacrificer. The officiant (Adhvaryu) then insults the maiden...

(Shatapatha Brahmana 13.5.2.1—10)

The vulgar part even in this scripture was omitted in Shatapatha Brahmana's translation by Julius Eggeling.

Wendy Doniger says this about it

Though this part of the horse sacrifice is often referred to nervously in later Sanskrit texts, and remains a paradigm for many later myths, it is never (to my knowledge) quoted in full, nor has it ever been translated into English in its entirety.

I even found a paper on the meaning of the word sárdigrdi, mentioned in the yajur veda verse.

According to the relevant chapters of the Samhitās of the Yajurveda , the ancient Indian Ašvamedha or Horse Sacrifice culminates in the death by suffocation of the stallion playing the major role in this rite, after which the chief queen of the king lies down together with the dead horse and, under the cover of a blanket, inserts its penis into her vagina. During this time, the other queens and members of the court stand around and recite verses of a nature which to us today appear highly obscene, and probably appeared so to people in those times too

SANSKRIT sardigr̥di- Rahul Peter Das  - https://www.jstor.org/stable/43391346

btw the word means some part close to vagina like portio vaginalis

reasons for rejecting the validity of the idea of reincarnation

PHILOSOPHICAL REASONS:

What is reincarnation based on? It is yet another example of the - good deed meets with reward - system, which is also propagated in other religions such as Islam and Christianity. Retribution seems to be a very humanly concept. Only a human, who is aware of mortal afflictions would think of using such a mechanism to preclude people from doing things that he deems 'wrong'. As Einstein put it - "If people are good only because they fear punishment, and hope for reward, then we are a sorry lot indeed."

Also, the Hindus might feel like this concept somehow justifies god giving aids to children in Africa, but it doesn't. In fact it makes it all worse. Thinking that someone is destined to live a certain life based on unfounded religious claims is abhorrent. The story of reincarnation was perhaps made up to keep the poor and underprivileged "in check". To make them accept their 'reality' without question. To have them tolerating the unfairness of it all. Not to mention that the things they did in their 'previous lives' are supposed to be immoral according to religion. The belief in reincarnation gives them the gall to tell a deprived person, that his condition is a result of the 'sins' he committed, which neither of them are aware of.

SCIENTIFIC AND LOGICAL REASONS:

Well, this should be fairly obvious to a rational human being. First off, this belief is based upon an outright un-falsifiability fallacy. As for the technical part, there are many explanations for the apparent knowledge of past lives, such as Cryptoamnesia. Also, the religious should provide empirical evidence to substantiate their claims as, for an un-falsifiable claim, the burden of proof lies on the person who makes it. All 'evidence' given is very weak, disputable and anecdotal. Check out this insightful article:

https://www.livescience.com/7737-reality-reincarnation.html

This concept being true would mean that human "souls"(which somehow only religions seems to understand) are inter convertible to animal souls and compatible with animal bodies. The sentience of an animal is simply not as complex as that of a human. It is rather amusing how religion, which is comprised of concepts as illogical and primitive as sexism and homophobia, is perfectly capable of wrapping its head around the insanely hard problem of consciousness.

Inferior Genes of Aryan Hindus-Brahmins, Kshatriyas etc?

Of course - there are no inferior genes, just the capability of some groups have been blunted because of inbreeding (caste endogamy) and artificial elevation (caste supremacy)

So these virat aryan hindus who regards themselves as being highly superior due to being uc and thought of themselves as being made of superior genetic material, you should know that these same Aryans were ruled by Islamic rulers for 800 years and by Britishers for 200 years.

Also since the dawn of Hinduism these Aryans can't save themselves from the invasions of Non-islamic invaders like Huns, Scythians ,Kushans, Parthians, Greeks.

Also the south Indian Empires they flaunt about are Dravidian Ancestry(different race)or non Hindu or shudra or non aryans like chola, chera,Pandya, Vijaynagar etc. The greatest and largest-ever empires from india and world are mostly Buddhists empires or non Hindu or non aryan or shudra empires like Mauryan empire, chola Empire, mughal empire, delhi Sultanate, British empire, harshvardhan empire, nanda empire, maratha empire, etc.

These Brahmins have tried to killed buddhism and "chamchagiri" of foreign rulers and these rajputs lost to everyone for a whole 1000 years or a millenia.

Also they regard themselves as of pure Aryans, ask them they do have native Ancestry and and are of mixed race, only a little bit of high steppe Ancestry ,all of them are mongrels of aryan men and native women too, and also INDUS valley civilization isn't vedic or Hindu but Dravidian which these aryan Hindus claims.

Fun facts about Savarkar on this auspicious day

1. Savarkar was one of the first people to propose the two-nation theory and he thoroughly supported it:

Savarkar, like the RSS ideologue Syama Prasad Mookerjee, was not averse to the two-nation theory. Savarkar was one of the original proponents of the idea. As president of the Hindu Mahasabha, he claimed in 1937 that “there are two antagonistic nations living side by side in India. Several infantile politicians commit the serious mistake of supposing that India is already welded into a harmonious nation… On the contrary, there are two nations in the main: the Hindus and the Muslims, in India.”

A few years later, after Jinnah had hijacked the two-nation theory, Savarkar expressed his approval thus: “I have no quarrel with Jinnah. We, Hindus, are a nation ourselves and it is a historical fact that Hindus and Muslims are two nations.”

2. Savarkar was an admirer of Nazism and Fascism:

The man was an admirer of both Fascism and Nazism. He sincerely believed both Italy and Germany needed these philosophies for their own good and criticised Indian politicians — read Jawaharlal Nehru — for opposing Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini. (Many historians believe RSS ideologue BS Moonje’s meeting with the Italian dictator and his black caps inspired the idea of Sangh with its own khaki-clad, lathi-wielding volunteers).

3. Savarkar was one of the key conspirators in Gandhi’s assassination:

The Justice JL Kapur Commission that looked into Gandhi’s assassination concluded that Savarkar and his men were the key conspirators. Several years before the report was made public, the then-home minister of India, Sardar Patel, wrote to Nehru: “It was a fanatical wing of the Hindu Mahasabha under Savarkar that (hatched) the conspiracy and saw it through.”

4. Savarkar’s Mercy petitions and serving the British Raj:

By 1913, Savarkar was ready to serve the British. In another mercy plea to the governor-general, he wrote: “I am ready to serve the government in any capacity they like… The mighty alone can be merciful, and therefore where else can the prodigal son return but to the parental doors of the government?”

In 1921, Savarkar’s pleas for mercy resulted in his transfer from Andaman to Pune, where he was incarcerated like a normal prisoner. In 1924, he was released and sent to Ratnagiri after vowing to not participate in politics. Unlike several other prisoners, Savarkar traded his loyalty to the cause of freedom struggle with his own freedom.

Some say that it was Savarkar’s ploy to continue the struggle, but evidence suggests that he continued to work for the British after being released.

5. Savarkar believed that Muslims should be treated as Negroes in the country:

https://www.dailyo.in/politics/tom-treanor-vd-savarkar-mahatma-gandhi-hitler-nationalist-hindu-mahasabha/story/1/20207.html

6. Savarkar justified the use of rape as a political tool against Muslim women:

https://scroll.in/article/808788/reading-savarkar-how-a-hindutva-icon-justified-the-idea-of-rape-as-a-political-tool

7. Savarkar opposed the Quit India movement:

https://thewire.in/article/history/quit-india-movement-hindu-mahasabha-british/amp

8. Savarkar the absolute loser wrote a self-glorifying autobiography while masquerading it as a biography and declared himself as “Veer”:

https://www.nationalheraldindia.com/amp/story/opinion%2Fis-a-bharat-ratna-in-the-offing-the-real-savarkar-and-his-brave-admirers

“Savarkar is born hero, he could almost despise those who shirked duty for fear of consequences. If once he rightly or wrongly believed that a certain system of Government was iniquitous, he felt no scruples in devising means to eradicate the evil.”

He wrote about himself.

9. Savarkar would dance with joy when Muslims would die:

Savarkar attacked a mosque in the aftermath of the Hindu-Muslim riots in Bombay and Pune in 1894-95. Holding back the Muslim boys of the village using “knives, pins and foot rulers”, Savarkar and his friends mounted their attack, “showering stones on the mosque, shattering its windows and tiles”. Recollecting the incident, he later wrote, “We vandalised the mosque to our heart’s content and raised the flag of our bravery on it.” When the news of Hindus killing Muslims in the riots and its aftermath reached him, little Savarkar and his friends “would dance with joy”.

10. Savarkar disliked that the British had banned Sati:

“What was to stop the British government, which had passed a law against the practice of Sati (widow burning), from meddling further with Hindu customs by passing a law against idolatry,” he asked. After all, “the English hated idolatry as much as they did suttee.” Describing a process he perceived to be the destruction of Hinduism and Islam in India, Savarkar wrote in his book.

“The Sirkar (government) had already begun to pass one law after another to destroy the foundations of the Hindu and Mahomedan religions. Railways had already been constructed, and carriages had been built in such a way as to offend the caste prejudices of the Hindus. The larger mission schools were being helped with huge grants from the Sirkar. Lord Canning himself distributed thousands of Rupees to every mission, and from this fact, it is clear that the wish was strong in the heart of Lord Canning that all India should be Christian.”

11. Savarkar believed that Muslims can never be loyal to the nation:

The love and loyalty of Muslims, he warned, “is, and must necessarily be divided between the land of their birth and the land of their Prophets… Mohammedans would naturally set the interests of their Holyland above those of their Motherland”. One might wonder whether this line of reasoning implies that Muslims cannot be nationals of Pakistan or Afghanistan either, because they would place the interests of Saudi Arabia, wherein lie Mecca and Madina, above the interests of their own country.

The story of Pol Pot (Seeman's distant uncle) from Cambodia

Whenever we try to explain the intensity of Seeman's stupidity, arrogance and ruthlessness, we compare him with Adolf Hitler of Nazi Germany.

But the person about whom I'm going to talk about, will change your perception towards Seeman. In fact, after reading this article, you would stop comparing Seeman with Adolf Hitler and start comparing him with the person I'm gonna talk about here.

Now, mind you, whatever I'm gonna say here would sound like some Madan Gowri Anna's or Tamil Pokkisham Vicky Anna's video script but, these are actual historical events that took place in a small southeast Asian country called Cambodia from 1975-1979.

The person that I was talking about is none other late Pol Pot, former chairman and leader of Khmer Rouge, an armed communist organization which sought to take control over Cambodia via a civil war which took place between 1968-1975.

Here's the link on who is Pol Pot: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pol_Pot

Here's a link on the Cambodian civil war: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cambodian_Civil_War

Some facts here might be wrong but, the objective what I will be trying to say here is clear and evident.

The civil war in Cambodia began with an insurgency of Khmer Rouge in 1968 in Northern and eastern parts of Cambodia with the help of North Vietnamese army(Vietnam war was also going on during that time) and Chinese army.

Eventually, Pol Pot and his Khmer Rogue came to power in certain parts of Cambodia, while the other parts of Cambodia which wasn't under Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge, was under the control of Cambodian government including the capital of the country, Phnom Penh.

For a moment, there was a sigh of relief for the Cambodian government but, it short lived when America withdrew it's troops from the southeast Asian region.

Due to which, South Vietnamese capital fell into the hands of North Vietnamese army, unifying the two Vietnams into one Vietnam. Just like that, Cambodian capital Phnom Penh which fell into the hands of Khmer Rouge army, eventually leading to Pol Pot become a sole leader to all of Cambodia.

A side note about Pol Pot.

He was staunch communist whose version of communism was a mix of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. Seeman might not be a communist but, what I'm gonna say will definitely shock you.

Pol Pot believed in transformation of capitalist Cambodian society into an agrarian socialist society. According to him, the only work for the people living in his utopia would be farming, cattle herding, fighting for the Pol Pot against enemy forces. He wanted to demolish industries and factories since he believed that industries and factories were a capitalist/western thing. He believed that it was the only way towards achieving true communism.

So, what he did to achieve that?

Simple, within three days of invading the capital city of Phnom Penh and rest of southern portion of Cambodia, he forcefully relocated all the people living in urban areas to rural areas or internment camps located in dense forests where they worked on collective farms or herded cattles. These people were forcefully made to march on their feet to their respective allocated internment camps. These people were forced to march at gunpoints without being given water or food or anything rest.

At that time, there were 2 million inhabitants living in the capital Phnom Penh. All of them faced the same fate and people living in other cities of Cambodia faced a similar fate. If 2 millions from Phnom Penh alone were marched, then imagine the number of people from other cities.

Industrial buildings and factories were demolished. Schools, educational institutions, hospitals and religious worship places were also demolished. People living in urban areas were falsely warned that the US Air Force bombers and jets were on their way to bomb their respective cities. On contrary, the last time US Air Force ever bombed Cambodia was two years ago, in 1973 and US had already withdrew it's troops from the region long time ago. Some believed this lie while others didn't. People who didn't believe or refused to move, were forced to do so at gunpoint or were just simply shot dead. The people were made to leave their belongings like cars, telephones, radios, jewelries, money behind since those things were considered capitalists/western imperialist inventions.

Anybody who questioned was made as an good example in front of others to let them know what would happen to them if they questioned the government.

This one incident itself in history is a big literal embodiment of "Vivasayam Paaruda mavane" but, bit more serious with people held at gunpoint.

The government had classified the rural population as a 'base people' and urban people as 'new people'. They did this classification just for mere administration purpose. Base people were often free. The Khmer Rouge troops never minded or supervised them since the base people were considered loyalists while the new people were suspected of secretly doing forbidden things which were considered capitalistic/western imperialistic. That's why, while the base people were left free, new people were subjected to harsh treatment by Khmer Rouge and were under constant supervision in their internment camps. They faces harsh labour and physical abuse from the supervising troops.

Wearing different, colourful and fancy clothes was banned. All were made to wear black shirt and black pajamas as their daily clothing. Nobody would be allowed to wear something else. Usage of western medicine and western technology was also banned. Many people died due to improper treatment available, this was further due to mass killings of educated intellectuals such as teachers and doctors by Khmer Rouge upon fearing that these intellectual people might start questioning the government.

Due to the lack of availability of trained doctors and ban on usage of western medicines, demolishing of Hospitals, many people succumbed to malnutrition and diseases.

If it was found that you are secretly a doctor who was secretly trying to help or treat a fellow internment mate, you would be brought to the killings field, the fields where people are called, where you would be beheaded. These are the same fields where the people who questioned the Khmer Rouge or Pol Pot were also executed in these fields.

Whenever a killing was to take place, the speakers would be turned on with increase in volume where people in the internment camps would listen to pre recorded propaganda speeches by Pol Pot and Propaganda music instead of screams of people being hacked to death in killing fields.

Children were forcefully separated from the families, sent to different regions of Cambodia to be trained as child soldiers for Khmer Rouge. They were fed with propaganda.

If you think this all heart wrenching, then there's more to come.

Khmer is the native ethnic community of Cambodia who spoke Khmer language. They formed 85% the total country's population.

Apart from this Khmer community, there were many other ethnic communities living in Cambodia during that time.

These communities were Chinese, Lao, Vietnamese, Thai, Cham etc.

Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge hated these communities. As you can suggest by the name of the organization itself, how did the Khmer Rouge and its chairman Pol Pot view the ethnic minorities and believed in Khmer supremacy.

There was no place for these minorities in his agrarian socialist society, capitalist free society. He wanted them to be gone.

The irony is, Pol Pot himself was a half a Chinese half Khmer.

After coming to power, Pol Pot either expelled or killed members of these communities. To let you the intensity of his ethnic persecution, the Vietnamese population in 1971 was 200,000. But, in 2011, the population was only 90,000.

In 1975, shortly after Khmer Rouge regime took power, a CIA station at US Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand, intercepted a radio transmission in which there was an order to kill an entire village full of a non Khmer ethnic community. Thailand is a neighboring country to Cambodia. That's how the CIA intercepted the radio transmissions.

The links on ethnic persecutions during Pol Pot's period: https://www.culturalsurvival.org/publications/cultural-survival-quarterly/survival-cambodias-ethnic-minorities#:~:text=During%20the%20Pol%20period%20from,million%20people%20were%20starved%20and

https://gsp.yale.edu/node/283

People were banned from speaking any language of other than Khmer.

Speaking in French was also banned. I forgot to mention that Cambodia was a former French colony so, just like how elite in India used to speak English in the when our country was newly born, the elite in Cambodia used to speak French. Pol Pot hated this for obvious reasons.

People who practiced any religion were also subjected to persecution. The Buddhist monks in the country were literally used as bullock carts during Pol Pot's period time.

It wasn't until January of 1979, when Pol Plot's Khmer Rouge regime was overthrown by the unified Vietnamese army, shortly after a war between Vietnam and Cambodia which broke out in December of 1978.

The events which unfolded during the period of 1975-1979, the time when Pol Plot ruled Cambodia is known as Cambodian genocide.

The details about Cambodian genocide here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cambodian_genocide

There's even a movie on Cambodian genocide called 'First they called my father' directed by Angelina Jolie. It's a movie based on a novel with same title written by Loung Ung. Loung Ung is a survivor of Cambodian genocide and has written about her experience in the book. The movie is available on Netflix.

The movie details link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_They_Killed_My_Father_(film)

Alright, enough of history, let's draw the parallels.

1) Seeman hates ethnic minorities living in Tamil Nadu, just like how Pol Pot hates ethnic minorities living in Cambodia. Pol Pot still went with his ethnic persecutions ideas despite being a half Chinese himself. Just like how Seeman Na has taught his thambis to hate on Telugus living in Tamil Nadu even though he himself is married to a woman of Telugu ancestry.

2) Seeman gives no shit about other sectors except farming. Pol Plot literally established an agrarian socialist society that Seeman has been dreaming of for a while. Both are admirers of 'Vivasayam paaruda mavane' scheme.

3) Seeman hates western medical science and western science as much as Pol Pot hated western medicine, western medical science during his time.

4) Seeman hates when a guy doesn't talk in Tamil. He wants people of Tamil Nadu to only speak Tamil and no other language. Just like Pol Pot who banned usage of any other language except Khmer. Seeman hates Tamil people speaking in English. Pol Pot used to hate Khmer people who spoke French.

5) Seeman hates when someone criticizes him or questions him. Much like Pol Pot.

6) Today, with 2021 elections, we can say that Seeman has gained lot of popularity in rural areas. Surprisingly, during the Cambodian civil war(1968-1975) and after the end of civil war, many rural Cambodians supported the Pol Pot government. The Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge regime had a popularity and influence over the rural population of Cambodia at that time.

So now, who do you think Seeman shares more similarities with? Adolf Hitler or Pol Pot?

Now one might ask, "What's the need to post this write-up?"

Well, taking Seeman seriously or criticizing wouldn't do anything to him. In fact, he gives no shit. Even after getting this much trolled and criticized, he is still out there.

Still, I'm posting this all because I desperately want to put some sense into the minds of brain dead thambis, if possible.

Seeman says one thing, has other thing in mind and does some other thing. He would say one thing now, but later say other thing, which would contradict the thing he said earlier. This is why he shouldn't be taken seriously and criticizing and trolling him is of no use.

Seeman is just a joker. A clown.

It's the Tamil youth we need to worry about. The same youth who hold onto his childish ideas and take it all seriously.

Even if tomorrow, hypothetically, Seeman leaves politics, his brain dead thambis would still hold onto his ideas and pass it to others like a virus.

If you ask them how are they gonna save farming and farmers, they would give some very regressive and cringey ideas. They would simply say that we need more people in farming sector without realizing the already existing underemployment in agricultural sector.

They blindly believe Seeman's words that foods produced from high yield variety seeds cause health issues when there's actually no scientific evidence on it.

They don't know anything about farming like in which month crops are harvested, in which season what type of crops are harvested and what type of seeds are sowed at what period of times. They just simply say they need to save farming and farmers without any knowledge on it. They don't know what underemployment is, if they did, they wouldn't be saying that we need more people in farming.

My humble request to all NTK supporters would be to please start reading books and articles written by mindful people. Listen to podcasts and speeches of mindful of people and watch YouTube videos of experts. Not videos of Palani or Saattai Durai Murugan on YouTube. Start questioning your supreme leader Seeman. Ask yourself whether is this guy really the change you wanted.

It's for your sake that I'm writing such a long post.

Why online Adhibar Annan's "Vivasayam paaruda pundamavane" scheme is a bad idea

Actually, in India, the agricultural sector has too many labour force that we need to decrease the number of people already working in agricultural sector.

Many of the work force in Indian agricultural sector is underemployed.

Do these grease dabbas even know the meaning of the term underemployed?

Due to this high underemployment, we actually need to decrease the employment force in agricultural and increase it in IT and Industrial sector.

These are the words literally written in 9th std social science books.

If these NTK morons had ever studied anything written in the book properly, they would know these things.

By making others to forcefully get employed in agricultural sector, you are just gonna increase the pressure on agricultural sector in terms of employment and more people would be underemployed. Making the already worsened situation even more worse.

It's clearly written in the 9th std social science books itself that we need to decrease the already existing underemployed work force in Indian agricultural sector. That's the only solution to improve the agrarian economy and overall economy of India.

We need to increase our investment and employment on IT and industrial sectors. Only then, we would ever be able to become a true super power.

Again, that doesn't mean we should completely let agricultural sector to die out. We can introduce schemes that would help the farmers in times of floods and drought.

We can also waive off the farming debts as much as possible.

Other than these, employing more people would only end bad.

Somebody save this society from these idiots.

Anybody with basic knowledge would never follow Seeman. I can't believe there are morons who believe their Online Adhibar Messiah more than their school books.

The REALITY of VIVASAAYAM

Over farming leads to soil depletion and the crops are often less nutritious than it was 10 years ago. Farming fields should be given time to restore its fertility by alternating fields between growing season. But its easier said than done since farmers need to capitalize on each season to make a living.

Plus excessive use of fertilizers also reduce the nutrients in soil. The only solution is using organic fertilizers and non GMO farming but its really DAMN expensive to practice. Only the rich can really afford to do organic farming bearing in mind the operational cost alone.

That's why GMO crops are preferred because its high yielding, pest resistive and profitable. But GMO crops are demonized as less nutritious than organic crops.

Who said GMOs are less nutritious?

Have heard about golden rice? It has high amount of B-carotene in any form of rice

How about BT-cotton without it garment industries and poor farmers will be dusted by insects

Or about Ti plasmid tumor that makes tomato unable to consumable was cured and eradicated by this same genetic engineerin

Hirudin is a protein that prevents blood clotting its gene was chemically synthesized and was transferred to brassica napus where it accumulated in seed now it is extracted for medicinal proposes

Use of GMOs help in pollution abatement it also included usage of several bio treatment technologies like phyto remediation and heps in removal of xenobiotic compounds from gases and solid

Transgenic plants and GMOs can produce a variety of proteins used in diagnostic for detecting and curing human and animal disease in large scale and low cost the monoclonal antibodies, peptide hormones and cytokinins and blood plasma proteins are being produced in GMO and their parts such as tobacco (in leaves) potato ( tubers) sugarcane (stem)

Those Tamil actors and directors have no idea how hard its to do farming. Only a big shot "PANNAIYAR" can be rich by doing farming. Trust me, its really DAMN hard to do farming these days.

SO PLEASE IGNORE THOSE VIVASAYAM MOVIE BULLSHIT AND THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE QUITTING YOUR JOB TO PURSUE FARMING.

Denial Toolkit for the centrist Virat Hindu in dharmasankat

Are you a wanna be Virat Hindu morally corrupted by mlecha liberalism?

Can you not reconcile the horrific castest, sexist, anti-humanitarian, barbaric practices of Hinduism throughout history with your belief in the supreme greatness of our 10 billion year old religion and culture?

Does it bother you that the most sacred Hindu pooja involves throwing valuable resources in large quantities into fire like an idiot?

No? That you might not have thought of.

If these kinds of questions bother you, you are not able to compartmentalize you rationalism away from religion and culture. Compartmentalizing logic and superstition is a unique feature of the human kind. It allows us to selectively use logic where it absolutely necessary( like nobody is going to claim gravity is a western concept and prove it by jumping off a roof) but suspend all logic and reason when it is not that obvious( like Cronil will cure Corona or Cowdung absorbs radiation) . Usually this biological blunder is enough for the our common ilk. However for the slightly more educated idiots we need to use a different approach.

Now if you do satisfy the criterion specified before, then you are stupid enough to understand reason but smart, egoistic and tribal enough to not let go of our glorious culture. As you can see what prevents you from being a full fledged Virat Hindu is reason. If we are to convince your reason of the the true glory of our Aryan Civilization, then you will become the greatest asset to achieving our goal of Hindu dominance. When you are done with this you would be able to work in ISRO guiding a rocket with one had and doing a Ganapathi pooja with another with no internal conflict whatsoever.

The prerequisite you need to have is the belief that Hinduism is perfect, complete and contains the ultimate knowledge. Once you have this everything else becomes easy. Now lets look at the strategies we can use to purge Hinduism of its bad name and make you Dharmasankat free.

Hinduism is science

Bothered about poojas making no sense? Worried about why your ancestors threw valuables into fire? Now the common Hindu might think they are offerings to gods. But not for you. For you it is a deep scientific process where the vibrations of the mantras align with the magnetic field of the earth creating an energy force field that makes you mind clear. The smoke from the fire when combined with the power of the mantras cleanse your body of all impurities. Western Science is yet to understand the complexities of ritual chanting and the healing power of mostly carbon dioxide smoke. Now if you can include Quantum somewhere there it will be better. It makes anything sound more scientific.

Hinduism conflicting with Science

Hinduism can never conflict with science. If it does, science is wrong or incomplete and they are yet to figure out how to understand the true essence of our grand Vedic knowledge. Cow dung doesn't absorb radiation? They don't have the sensors to detect it. Cow dung doesn't contain gold? Science is yet to find a way to extract gold from cow dung. Remember, Hinduism is always right and western science is arrogant and ignorant.

Caste system in Hinduism

This is an easy one. You should first deny it exists at all. Your second name might give you some trouble and the fact that your family marries within your caste might bother you. But this is not because of caste but because of culture. Your second name is just a cultural identity, being endogamous is because of cultural compatibility. If that doesn't work just ask why Muslims and Christians only marry within their religion. The moment you hear Muslims, all your doubt will vanish in an instant. If you are a native Indian and not a first or second generation NRI try thinking about reservation. This should convince you that even if caste exists its all because of the lower castes.

Say you can't deny the existence of caste at all. What about caste system in the past you might ask. This is where the British comes in. Blame everything on the British or Portuguese. Say they took a caste survey and interpreted jathi as caste, caste as varna and varna as color and color as jathi. Make it confusing enough that your natural denial kicks in and that you can't think any more. You might wonder how the English speaking British that could barely collect tax on time could go and teach illiterate Indian villagers about caste. Or you might wonder how the princely states on which the British had no direct control had caste. Such thought process you should avoid. You are already ready to deny a historical reality. Such trivialities shouldn't bother you.

But what about caste in historical texts? You might wonder. There are two ways to go about this. One is intellectual jugglery. Deny that the caste in the historical texts is the same as jathi. Claim that caste was based on Karma and not birth. No, don't pry too deep into Karma or how it passes on as you reincarnate. There might also be literature that contradicts this claim which you should not look up. Now you might not find one character in all of the Hindu canon whose caste was not determined by lineage. But we have made the contingency plan of making Vyasa and Valmiki Shudra to appease the lower caste and confused Hindus like you just in case. This should fix it as long as you never bother checking their ancestry.

Barbaric cultural practices like Sati, Child marriage, female infanticide, Patriarchy

Blame the Muslims. Our great ancestors allowed pedophilia, child abuse and threw women into fire fearing Muslims will kidnap and rape them. Some even took the extreme step of killing the female baby just to save the poor soul from future humiliation. Look how altruistic our culture is and you dared to doubt it. Don't ask why sathi was only prevalent in one part of India and not other places that had Muslim rule.

Patriarchy was forced upon us by Muslims. We always respected women. Look at the female gods we worship. Muslims taught us to beat wives and do honor killings and what not. But they never taught us widow remarriage. We made sure our women are never tortured into another relationship and they spend their entire life mourning her late husband like they wish.

Do not ask why even Muslims allowed child marriage. Don't even bother thinking why only widows were throw into fire as if Muslims would only kidnap, widows and unmarried women. This kind of thinking will lead to horrible contradictions. We keep our culture alive by our sheer will blocking all rational thought. This is not as hard as you think for most Hindus. Just to make these more convincing our agents have already edited the Wikipedia page last year to blame child marriage on Muslims. This will make things much easier.

Government told court that Gay marriage is not part of Indian culture

You might find this absurd. Hindus are obviously split on this. Culturally, most Hindus don't want gay marriage. But the educated ones don't want Hinduism to be bigoted against gays. How will we reconcile this? Simple The greatest asset of Hinduism is that there is no Hinduism. Unlike the inferior Abhrahamic variety, Hinduism has no central text and if we do have any, nobody reads those anyway. Whatever we say today becomes Hinduism. So today the government told the court that gay marriage doesn't align with our Indian Culture. No, problem. When people finally become accepting of gay marriage we will just say Hinduism always respected gays and had gay marriages. We will even find some story from the puranas and twist it around to make it accepting of gay marriages, We have 33 thousand gods. Just make one gay. Problem solved.

What if I still have dharmasankat?

If thinking still gets in your way, just imagine a Muslim, take a deep breath, slowly inhale that hate in, hold it for 4 seconds, allow that hate to seep into your bones and breath out your humanity slowly. Repeat this 20 times in kukkudasana till you finally achieve peak hate. It has double effect if you play Sadguru's video on masturbation in the background without thinking about a hot person of the opposite sex.
