Google Meet (or Zoom or Webex or Goto Meeting) opens Youcam Webcam

If you are like me and have camera problems when opening google meet (or any other meeting application) and see only a youcam logo, the problem is with Youcam drivers.
The solution is Disable CyberLink YouCam driver:

in Windows 7, 8, 10 - all steps are basically the same

1. Open Device Manager

2. Open Sound, video and game controllers

3. Find CyberLink Webcam Virtual Driver

4. Right click on it and select the Disable option

If you see more than one Youcam driver (6.0, 7.0, 8.0, etc) disable all that you see.

Next time you open google meet, you will see the computer's default webcam as the input device.
